The earnings chart above may be explained as follows.
The chart is read in rows from left to right.
Sales are categorised as follows.
For your first 99 sales you will receive zero residual from SPAMSEAL.
For your first 99 sales you will receive 100% of the clent setup fee as this is charged by you directly to the client. The setup fee is currently Euro 89.00
When you achieve 100 sales you will start receiving residual at 15% per month of the total monthly client fee in the relevant month to SPAMSEAL from all of your active clients excluding V.A.T. and any other sales or regional taxes. When you reach 100 sales you will continue to invoice new clients for setup at the R.R.P. and retain 100% of the setup fee.
When you reach 750 clients you will charge clients directly for Antispam services at your prices. You will be charged the R.R.P. less 17.5% by SPAMSEAL. You will continue to retain 100% of the setup fee.
